Breaking the Habit

I am a sixteen years old girl born in a large family which consists of five members. I have two younger sisters whom I love with everything I have and am, and will never think twice when it comes to them.

Very few people touch my heart.

My friends are a comfort whenever my day is too much to bear. They are a great part of my life, and even though I have lost so many people I’m still hopeful that when the day comes, someone will be by my side when the skies are turning grey. I like to stick close and coexist with just a few, because despite the fact that they are not too many, they are truthful and loving, and that is everything I ask.

I’m not a very interesting teenager. I do have my way of seeing the world but not everyone gets the chance to know it.

Most of the time you can see me with books in my hands and earphones hanging from my ears. I love to read because books give me the chance to escape this reality and help me go somewhere I want to be, but never will.  And music is essential in my life because when I am feeling lonely, cheerful, lost or depressed it guides me and helps me feel a little bit better.

The story of my life is not one everyone would like to read, so I’ll just keep it to myself and wait for the ones who mind.

Writing a blog has never been one of my goals, but since it is a school proyect I have to fulfill this assessment. Maybe this turns out to be a pretty good activity to do in my spare time. Breaking the habit is a good idea for this monotonous world in which we are living.

Anyhow,I'll see how everything unfolds and I'll try to be patient and give time it's time to see if I like it or not.
